Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

  • How long will my order take? We process orders in 1–2 business days. Express shipping takes 1–3 business days, and Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days.

  • How can I track my package? Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this on the carrier's website to see live updates.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

  • Is return shipping free? Yes! We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders.

  • When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Orders & Payments

  • Can I change my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at gregorythrower69@outlook.com immediately. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, we cannot make changes.

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, as well as digital payment options available through Shopify and the Shop App.
